JAXON FILTRATION ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF FUEL FILTRATION COMPANY Jaxon Filtration Inc., located in Franklin, GA, announced today the purchase of Atlanta based Technical Services for Energy. James Kingston Company President said, ” This is a natural acquisition. We have been manufacturing filters for TSE for almost 2 years. In November of last year we began distribution of the product to various outlets. Now the only thing that will change is that we will have control of the marketing.” Kingston went onto say, ”we have been manufacturing these types of filter elements for industrial applications for years. This is the same product that is geared to the Fleet service market. Most of these product are spin-ons like your oil filter. Water removal is a very important part of fuel filtration. In today’s engine market you can blow off an injector with a slug of water and it may cost thousands of dollars to replace. We will take this customer base and grow it and develop new products as needed.” This product line includes Portable Filtration Systems, replacement filters for Baldwin, Waterguard, Velcon, and Cim-tek, tank dryers, algae detectors, and fuel heads. Jaxon has a complete catalog of these products available upon request. |
